This two-day seminar emphasizes the front-end (scope) of the requirement definition process and then proceeds to show how to use this scope information to write good requirements. This Requirement Definition seminar begins with a discussion on why good requirements are critical to getting a project done within budget and on schedule. It describes the steps you must take and the information you must obtain before you are truly ready to write requirements. It helps you understand why you get bad requirements and how to turn bad requirements into good requirements.
